Cancellation policy

I completely understand that plans change. All I ask is that you give me as much notice as possible so I can offer the appointment to someone else.

Deposits

Some treatments require a deposit to secure your booking.

• 48 hours’ notice or more:
  I’m happy to transfer your deposit to another appointment.
• If you cancel within 48 hours:
  Your deposit is non-refundable unless I’m able to fill your appointment slot.
  If someone else books the time you originally had, I will transfer your deposit over to another booking for you.
